Due to continued growth, we are recruiting for a Senior Traffic Attendant to support our mobile and enforcement team.

What you will be doing
  • Leading your front-line team to ensure the delivery of the contract to the highest standards and client satisfaction
  • Providing regular reports and updates to the Service Delivery Manager
  • Creating, preparing, and maintaining the enforcement plan, and monitoring its success daily
  • Managing staff performance in line with company policies
  • Ensuring staff comply with Health and Safety requirements in all aspects of their work

What do you need to be a Senior Traffic Attendant?
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate others
  • First-class customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Self-motivated and customer-focused
  • Enjoy working outdoors and able to work shifts
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong computer skills, especially in Excel
  • Knowledge of TMA 2004 or experience in parking enforcement is advantageous
  • Driver’s license and at least 1 year of driving experience
