Job summary

Validus Risk Management Limited seeks a high-performing Capital Markets Operations professional to own and optimize end-to-end trade lifecycle activities across FX, derivatives and related instruments. You will work with senior management and a global banking panel to drive scalable, robust operating processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial markets or capital markets operations, ideally FX/ derivatives
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or related discipline; CFA/FRM/CAIA desired
• Advanced Excel skills with data-driven process improvement

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end trade lifecycle activities across FX, derivatives, commodities and futures
• Onboard trading infrastructure with banks, brokers and counterparties
• Act as primary operations contact for external counterparties and internal stakeholders
• Lead process improvement and automation initiatives across workflows
• Coach and guide junior team members and maintain high control standards
• Ensure governance, risk and regulatory reporting requirements are met
