Job Description:

Are you a meticulous Senior Analyst with over 5 years of experience in Trade Surveillance? Do you possess hands-on expertise in Bloomberg, trade reconstruction, and have a strong background in hedge funds? If so, we'd love to hear from you!

Role:

• Monitor and analyse trading activities to detect instances of market abuse, misconduct, and compliance violations.
• Leverage Bloomberg surveillance tools to proactively identify and escalate potential risks.
• Perform trade reconstruction by integrating data from multiple sources to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, and trading teams to continuously improve surveillance processes and mitigate risks.
• Stay updated on evolving regulatory requirements across global financial markets to ensure ongoing compliance.

Profile:

• 5+ years of experience in trade surveillance and compliance, particularly within the financial services industry.
• Strong proficiency in Bloomberg surveillance tools and trade reconstruction methodologies to monitor and analyse trading activities.
• A deep understanding of market abuse regulations (MAR, SEC, CFTC, etc.) with hands-on experience in ensuring compliance.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex trading data and identify patterns of potential market abuse or irregularities.
• Demonstrated experience working with compliance teams and engaging with regulatory bodies to uphold industry standards and mitigate risks.
