Type: We are working on a brand new position for a Senior Trade Mark Paralegal with a large European IP firm.

Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with a busy trade mark attorney team.
2. Take responsibility for any delegated tasks.
3. Liaise and handle queries from clients and foreign agents.
4. File and record assignments and other documents.
5. Prepare and file official forms to IPOs.
6. Manage your own and fee earners diary and reminder system.
7. Produce high quality correspondence.
8. Prepare cost estimates and forecasts.
9. Liaise with the wider support team to ensure workflows are met in a timely fashion.

Minimum Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have the CITMA qualification and a minimum of 5 years Trade Mark experience in a high performing autonomous role.
