The Job:
We are seeking a Senior Town Planner to join a dynamic team, contributing to the planning, design and development of sustainable spaces. This exciting opportunity will involve working on innovative projects in sports facilities, residential, and commercial sectors, with the chance to grow in a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities include conducting site visits, providing expert planning advice, preparing detailed reports, managing sub-consultants, drafting proposals and engaging in public consultations. For senior roles, you will also lead project planning efforts and oversee junior team members.

The Candidate:

  1. A degree accredited by the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI)
  2. Chartered membership of the RTPI
  3. 3-5 years of post-qualification experience (for Senior Town Planner roles)
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  5. Strong client management and teamwork abilities (for senior roles)
  6. Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
  7. Keen interest in sports and the environment
  8. Experience in the sports sector and appeals system is desirable but not essential

The Package:

  1. Up to £60,000 DOE
