Qualifications

• Experience in local authority or private sector planning.
• Demonstrable experience as a Planner leading projects.
• Ability to prepare planning appraisals and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Devise planning strategies and prepare briefing notes.
• Draft planning statements for development proposals.
• Manage project delivery and budgetary control.

Education

Degree in town planning
