Job summary

Ramboll in London is seeking a Senior/ Principal Town Planner to lead planning strategy, applications and advisory work across development and infrastructure projects. You will play a central role in Ramboll’s Town Planning team, driving delivery and client engagement while mentoring colleagues and expanding the firm's influence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Town Planning.
• Degree in Town Planning or related degree; postgraduate qualifications.
• Professional membership of RTPI.
• Project delivery experience in planning.
• Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and oral communication; client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Advise on planning strategy and manage applications and appeals.
• Be a core part of Ramboll’s Town Planning team and lead others as needed.
• Contribute to business development, fee proposals, tenders and client engagement.
• Mentor junior team members and support team leadership.
• Develop relationships and collaborate with Ramboll’s technical specialists.
• Represent Ramboll in client meetings and networking events.
