Qualifications

• At least 1 year of post-graduate experience in planning (3+ years for Senior level applicants ideal).
• Experience in residential and/or mixed-use development projects preferred.
• Full UK driving licence (preferred).

The successful candidate will be involved in significant and often complex projects, supporting major developers, and contributing to shaping communities.

Essential Requirements:

* RTPI accredited qualifications, ideally working towards (or already holding) Chartered Membership

* At least 1 year of post-graduate experience in planning (3+ years for Senior level applicants ideal)

* Some experience in residential and/or mixed-use development projects

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Proactive approach with strong organisational and initiative-taking abilities
