Job summary

Penguin Recruitment in Cheltenham is seeking a Senior Town Planner to join our expanding planning team. You will deliver expert planning advice to retailers, developers and local authorities, manage planning applications and appeals, and contribute to exciting, high-profile projects across the region.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years post-qualification experience and be a Chartered Member of the RTPI (or working towards this).

Qualifications

• Minimum two years post-qualification experience and RTPI membership (or working towards this).

Responsibilities

• Deliver planning applications and appeals for a range of clients and projects.
• Undertake site appraisals, develop planning strategies and guide clients through all stages of the planning process.
