Our client is an independent building consultancy based in Cheltenham, working on a range of planning applications for diverse clients. They are seeking to hire a Senior Town Planner to join their successful team.

Responsibilities:

1. Preparation of planning applications
2. Consulting with local authorities, third parties, and stakeholders
3. Attending site visits
4. Working with a range of clients on various projects
5. Drafting reports and making recommendations

Candidate Requirements:

1. A degree in town planning or related field
2. MRTPI membership or working towards chartership
3. Experience in Town Planning
