An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Town Planner to join a highly regarded and forward-thinking planning consultancy based in Central London. This dynamic firm is known for its impressive project portfolio and strong presence within the private sector, particularly across the retail and commercial sectors.
About the Role:
As a Senior Town Planner, you will play a key role in delivering expert planning advice to a wide range of clients, with a particular focus on retail-led developments. You will be involved in preparing and submitting planning applications, managing appeals, and offering strategic guidance on complex planning matters. Experience in undertaking sequential assessments and/or retail impact assessments would be highly advantageous.
You will work on an exciting variety of projects that reflect the client’s strong reputation and diverse workload, including high-profile and complex planning schemes.
