Roles & Responsibilities

• Understanding strategic site assessments for rural, business, and residential projects
• Communicating with clients to understand objectives and advising on strategies
• Providing detailed advice, recommendations, proposals, and engagement terms
• Preparing and submitting supporting documents
• Managing planning projects to stay within budget and deadlines
• Representing clients at planning committee meetings, public hearings, and appeals
• Staying updated on legislative and policy developments and sharing knowledge with the team
• Providing technical support and mentoring team members

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in town planning
• Chartered RTPI member or willing to pursue membership
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Experience mentoring junior staff
