Aspbury Planning Ltd is an established planning consultancy in Nottingham looking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Senior Town Planner to join their team and work on a variety of projects for clients in the Midlands and across England.

Ideal candidates will hold an RTPI-accredited degree in Town Planning (or related subject) and will have or be working towards full membership of the RTPI. Ideally, candidates will have a minimum of two years of private sector experience. Your role will include managing junior team members; therefore, we are seeking someone who has already held this level role or is currently performing similar responsibilities, even if not yet titled as such.

Applicants should be confident, articulate, and capable of managing their own caseload and projects, while supporting the Directors in delivering a high-quality planning service. Candidates will ideally have a full driving license and access to a vehicle to attend meetings, committees, and site visits.
