Are you a talented Senior Town Planner ready to make your mark at one of the UK's fastest-growing planning consultancies? I'm working exclusively with a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team who are looking to strengthen their London office with a commercially minded and passionate planner.

The Role:

You'll play a key role in leading projects, advising clients, and working closely with planning authorities and key stakeholders. This is a client-facing role with a strong focus on delivery, business development, and mentoring junior team members.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing planning applications, appeals, and site appraisals
• Providing strategic advice to a wide range of clients (including developers, landowners, and local authorities)
• Leading on project delivery and contributing to business development
• Supporting the team in mentoring and developing junior planners

What We're Looking For:

• MRTPI qualified with 4+ years of relevant planning experience
• Strong understanding of the UK planning system and London-specific policy landscape
• Proven experience in consultancy or local authority (private sector background preferred)
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• A proactive, solutions-driven mindset and a passion for delivering quality planning outcomes
