Role: Senior Planner

Location: Leeds City Centre

Salary: up to 45k DOE

I’m working with a leading multidisciplinary real estate consultancy is looking for a talented Senior Planner to join a friendly, collaborative team in Leeds. This particular opportunity is ideal for an ambitious and ‘go-getter’ individual who is keen to get involved in all things property.

You’ll be joining a close-knit planning team, working alongside their other disciplines in a their busy office in the heart of Leeds City Centre, delivering a range of planning and property advice working on schemes that are unique and rarely seen in other consultancies and working with a mixture of public sector and private sector clients

About you:

• 3 - 4 years PQE

• Confident in managing your own small to medium scale projects

• Proactive, a self-starter, and comfortable mentoring junior team members

• Enjoy engaging with clients, networking, and business development

Key responsibilities:

• Preparing planning statements and engaging with case officers

• Leading public consultation and supporting appeals

• Building relationships across multidisciplinary teams to leverage cross-selling opportunities

• Supporting major clients and helping grow the team’s profile

• Exposure to high profile work

• Supportive environment with strong career progression
