The Role:

As a Senior Town Planner, you’ll take ownership of your own projects while supporting the wider team on complex developments. Responsibilities will include:

• Preparing, submitting, and managing planning applications and appeals
• Conducting site appraisals and planning research
• Providing strategic planning advice to clients and stakeholders
• Engaging with local authorities and third parties throughout the planning process
• Mentoring junior team members where appropriate

About You:

• MRTPI qualified (or actively working towards chartership)
• 5+ years’ planning experience within a consultancy, developer, or local authority environment
• Strong understanding of the UK planning system
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Commercially minded with the ability to build strong client relationships
• A proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
