Job summary

WSP is seeking an experienced survey professional to shape the future of land and engineering surveying across the UK & Ireland. You will coordinate delivery across Southern England and beyond, supervising survey work, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Relevant technical qualification in Surveying or a related discipline (Degree or HND).
• Membership of a recognised professional body (RICS or CICES) would be advantageous.
• Understanding of project management principles, commercial considerations, health, safety & wellbeing, and project delivery requirements.
• Competent in the operation of surveying equipment including Total Stations, GNSS and terrestrial laser scanners.
• Experience with industry software such as N4ce, Trimble Business Centre, Leica Cyclone and AutoCAD.
• Experience planning, managing and piloting UAV surveys is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Based within WSP offices, coordinating delivery of surveying projects UK-wide with technical excellence.
• Undertake and supervise land and engineering surveys per briefs, specifications and standards.
• Process, review and quality assure survey deliverables in line with procedures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated surveying solutions.
• Mentor and develop junior surveyors and technical staff.
• Travel UK-wide on a regular basis for project delivery.
