Job Description:

This is a hybrid role based in our London office.

To support our growth, we seek a proactive, reliable Senior - Associate Structural Engineer with relevant experience and a recognised qualification. You will work on diverse projects, both independently and within a team. Responsibilities include:

1. Maintaining client relationships and identifying business opportunities, including preparing fee proposals.
2. Managing projects from start to finish, including client liaison and invoicing.
3. Conducting site inspections and investigations.
4. Supporting and reviewing work of junior engineers.
5. Managing project budgets and timelines, and monitoring financial performance.
6. Providing high-quality structural engineering services, including detailed design reviews, site visits, and risk assessments.
7. Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
8. Handling project inception to completion, including invoicing.

Qualifications and experience required:

• Minimum seven years of engineering experience.
• Honours degree or equivalent in civil/structural engineering.
• Chartered status with ICE or IStructE.
• Passion for structural engineering.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication and computer skills, including industry software.
