Job summary

Tradeweb Europe Limited is seeking a Cyber Security Engineer to drive threat intelligence and vulnerability management across the enterprise. You will design and operate processes, dashboards, and collaboration with infrastructure and business teams to reduce risk and improve security posture.

The role requires 7+ years in cybersecurity with hands-on Threat Intelligence and Vulnerability Management, plus experience with TIP platforms, SIEM and SOAR integrations in a financial services context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, CS or Engineering.
• At least 7 years in cybersecurity engineering/operations with 5+ years in Threat Intelligence and Vulnerability Management.
• Experience with threat intelligence lifecycle: collection, enrichment, correlation, dissemination.
• Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK and common vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10, CVEs).
• Experience integrating TIP, SIEM and SOAR technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise threat intelligence program end-to-end for executive and tech stakeholders.
• Monitor global cyber threat landscape and identify relevant attack vectors.
• Design and mature intelligence collection, validation, and sharing processes.
• Monitor vendor advisories and zero-days; assess impact across technology estate.
• Lead risk-based vulnerability assessments and ensure remediation SLAs.
• Manage vulnerability management standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with system/application owners to prioritize risk and remediation.
• Develop executive reports on risk trends, remediation status, and security metrics.
• Improve threat ingestion, vulnerability tracking, and remediation through automation and AI.
• Manage threat intel data sources (TIPs, feeds) and SIEM/SOAR integrations.
