Job summary

Priory Hospital Roehampton in London is seeking a Therapy Lead to join the inpatient service on a full-time basis, 37.5 hours per week. You will oversee a multidisciplinary CAMHS and Eating Disorder outpatient therapy team, providing leadership, supervision and workforce planning.

This role requires HCPC registration or accreditation as a psychotherapist, strong budget awareness, and a proactive approach to service development and quality assurance within Priory's standards.

Qualifications

• Registered HCPC healthcare professional or accredited psychotherapist.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate a diverse therapy team.
• Experience in staff retention and people management.
• Budgeting (P&L) and cost management experience.
• Experience in clinical supervision and governance.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and operational leadership to a multidisciplinary CAMHS and Eating Disorder outpatient therapy team.
• Oversee workforce planning, caseload allocation, performance management, and service delivery.
• Lead on clinical risk management, safeguarding, governance compliance, and quality assurance.
• Drive service development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Foster a supportive, accountable team culture with supervision and development.
