The HCPC-registered professional will lead a multidisciplinary outpatient therapy team and oversee workforce planning, governance, and service development to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must be registered HCPC and/or accredited psychotherapist (BACP/BABCP/UKCP).
• Proven leadership in a multidisciplinary mental health setting.
• Experience in supervision, staff retention and people management.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and operational leadership to CAMHS & Eating Disorder outpatient therapy team.
• Oversee workforce planning, caseload allocation and service delivery to ensure safe, timely care.
• Lead on clinical risk management, safeguarding, governance compliance and quality assurance processes.
