Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust in Oldham is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist to join the UCR Team on a fixed-term 10-month contract covering maternity leave. The role involves working 37.5 hours per week on a long day rota, within a multidisciplinary team, aiming to reduce hospital admissions and support patients at home.

You will bring a strong clinical background in Urgent Care, with HCPC registration and RCOT or CSP registration.

Responsibilities

• Drive changes to community care response to support hospital avoidance agenda
• Work in multidisciplinary team within the UCR team
• Demonstrate strategic planning and strong clinical background in Urgent Care or similar
• Manage time effectively including planning and prioritisation of clinical caseload and leadership responsibilities
• Participate in clinical audit and engage in clinical supervision
