About the Opportunity

Our client is redefining luxury wellness—combining state-of-the-art treatments with traditional holistic practices to create a truly unique sanctuary for their members. As a Senior Spa Therapist, you’ll play a key role in delivering restorative and spiritually enriching treatments in a serene, high-end setting.

Your Role Will Include:

1. Delivering a variety of advanced massage and spa treatments with a mindful, holistic approach.
2. Creating a calming, positive space that enhances every guest’s wellness journey.
3. Bringing spiritual awareness and healing techniques into every interaction.
4. Exceeding member expectations through intuitive service and exceptional care.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

1. Holds a Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification (or equivalent).
2. Has a recognized massage therapy certification.
3. Brings at least 3 years of experience in a premium spa or wellness environment.
4. Is passionate about spirituality, wellness, and alternative healing modalities.
5. Is open to flexible shifts, including weekends.

What You’ll Receive:

1. A competitive salary of up to £55,000 pro rata, plus bonuses.
2. Up to 32 hours per week on an employed basis.
