Salary: £32,679.96 OTE

As a Senior Spa Therapist, you will be passionate, friendly, and committed to providing first-class service, delivering high standards of therapeutic, holistic, and wellbeing treatments. Key duties and responsibilities include:

1. Carrying out spa treatments to required standards, ensuring treatment times are adhered to.
2. Following Champneys protocols and training programmes to offer the best service to our guests.
3. Maintaining thorough knowledge of the Club & Spa, hotel facilities, and rules, and advising customers accordingly.
4. Managing your working areas, ensuring equipment is operational and clean, and reporting defects to maintenance.
5. Adhering to Health and Safety regulations by practicing safe work procedures.
6. Attending relevant training courses to perform all treatments expected of a senior therapist.
7. Collaborating positively with managers and reception staff to coordinate treatments and accommodate guest needs, including shift adjustments.
8. Staying updated on product ranges and new treatments.
9. Providing professional advice through talks, demonstrations, spa tours, and promotional events to promote treatments.
10. Delivering exceptional client care to ensure memorable treatment experiences.
11. Maximizing revenue opportunities, seeking support or training as needed.
12. Recommending suitable homecare products to help guests maintain results.
13. Mentoring junior therapists by sharing knowledge and experience.
14. Offering skin consultations and full home care prescriptions to VIP guests.
15. Participating in weekend rota work.
