Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust invites applications for a Part-time Band 4 Senior Therapies Assistant in the Stroke and Neurology team at Hull Royal Infirmary. The role supports OTs, PTs and SLTs, triages a caseload, and leads tasks for assistant staff within an acute care setting.

The post is 27.45 hours weekly over 3–4 days with regular weekend work and bank holiday service contribution. A Level 5 qualification and strong communication are essential.

Qualificações

• Minimum of Level 5 qualification (Foundation degree level) in a relevant topic.
• Evidence of OT, Speech & Language and/or Physiotherapy assistant competencies and extensive experience/knowledge of patient conditions.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Triage and manage own caseload with supervision of assistant staff.
• Support OTs, PTs and SLTs in direct patient treatment and non-clinical duties.
• Rotate to other sites within the HUTH therapy service as required.
