Keys Group is seeking a Senior Residential Support Worker to join our therapeutic family homes in the Lisvane/Cardiff area. You will care for children and young people with complex needs, provide emotional support, and act as a positive role model in daily life.

Qualifications

• Naturally caring, flexible and emotionally resilient.
• Excellent communication skills, positive and energetic.
• Experience in care or transferable fields (police, education, security, or working with vulnerable people).
• Ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including sleep-ins.
