Job summary

You will lead the radiotherapy team, oversee treatment delivery, ensure quality standards, and support workforce planning within a dynamic NHS department. This position combines clinical leadership with varied case exposure and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Essential: BSc (Hons) Therapeutic Radiography or equivalent.
• HCPC registration as a Therapeutic Radiographer.
• Leadership, management or workforce development training desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and supervise radiotherapy treatment using advanced techniques (IGRT, IMRT, VMAT, SABR).
• Act as clinical leader in designated treatment areas, ensuring quality standards and procedures.
• Support workforce planning, rota management and day-to-day service delivery.
