Band 6 Senior Therapeutic Radiographer
This is a fixed-term post for 12 months to cover maternity leave. This role offers a fantastic career development opportunity for both new and experienced Senior Radiographers to join an innovative, friendly NHS Trust that values compassion, aspiration, resourcefulness, and excellence.
The Berkshire Cancer Centre at RBFT provides fully CHKS accredited Radiotherapy treatment facilities across Reading and Bracknell, equipped with two CT scanners, four Elekta Linear Accelerators, a superficial X-ray unit, and a high-dose Brachytherapy unit.
All treatments follow the latest national guidance, including advanced techniques such as SABR, DIBH, VMAT, and Adaptive radiotherapy. Since 2020, the department has been recognized as a ‘Centre of Excellence’ for Surface Guided Radiotherapy in partnership with Vision RT.
