A leading healthcare provider in Stoke-on-Trent seeks a dedicated individual to work part-time with the Practice Educator. Responsibilities include producing teaching materials and supervising junior staff in radiotherapy. The role emphasizes quality patient care and values diversity in applications. To work for 15 hours per week with the Practice Educator to produce effective and accurate workbooks that aid in teaching learners in the department using the VERT system, alongside experience teaching learners.
For the remaining hours of your current contract (up to 22.5 hours) you will work to the scope of your contract. This may involve working at 2 different band levels for each of the roles. To continue work as a member of the Therapeutic Radiography team, rotating through all sections of the department under the supervision of the section leader as per your current contract. To deliver a high quality, accurate radiotherapy service that is responsive to the social and healthcare needs of the individual patient. To supervise junior staff and students.
