Job Description:

Fortius Clinic London is looking to hire a Senior Theatre Practitioner - Scrub to join their Surgical Centre in Marylebone, London.

This is a full-time, permanent position, reporting to the Head and Deputy Head of Theatres.

There is an option of a 4 or 5 day working week, covering 37.5 hours per week with a mix of earlies, lates, and long days.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration
  • Degree-level education with ongoing professional development
  • Minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience in operating theatres
  • Qualified Surgical First Assist
  • ILS Qualification
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Experience in driving growth and leading a multi-functional team
  • Clinical reasoning skills across diverse patient cases
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills
  • Commitment to continuous professional development
  • Experience managing budgets, including Profit and Loss accountability
  • ALS Qualification
