Job description

Fortius Clinic London is seeking to hire a Senior Theatre Practitioner - Scrub to join their Surgical Centre in Marylebone, London.

This is a full-time, permanent position reporting to the Head and Deputy Head of Theatres.

Working hours are 37.5 per week, with options for a 4 or 5-day workweek, including a mix of early, late, and long shifts.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration
  • Degree-level education with ongoing professional development
  • At least 4 years of post-qualification experience in an operating theatre setting
  • Qualified Surgical First Assist
  • ILS and ALS Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience in driving growth and leading a multidisciplinary team
  • Clinical reasoning skills across diverse patient cases
  • Ability to build professional relationships
  • Evidence of continuous professional development
  • Experience managing budgets including Profit and Loss accountability
