Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prioritise patient safety and encourage reporting of safety concerns.
• Promote a safe working environment in line with policies and procedures.
• Support governance to comply with quality frameworks and national standards.
• Provide and lead care management and delivery with kindness, dignity and compassion.
• Collaborate with hospital clinicians to enhance patient care and service delivery.
• Take charge of a theatre, coordinate activities and lead junior practitioners.
