Senior Test Engineer - National Security

We are the Information Intelligence Group (IIG) of CACI UK, a specialist software consultancy providing bespoke solutions to solve complex operational problems for our customers. As our business grows, we seek an experienced Senior Test Engineer to join our National Security Team on a live project.

The Role:

As a Senior Test Engineer, you will be part of a small, agile delivery team working on an inflight project. You will ensure the implementation of continuous automated testing within a CI/CD lifecycle.

Responsibilities include:

• Utilizing a wide range of open-source tools and frameworks.
• Manual and automation testing.
• Working with DevOps and agile methodologies, including TDD, BDD, ATDD, and continuous testing via CI/CD pipelines, complemented by exploratory testing where needed.
• Designing and implementing automated test frameworks for UI and API testing.
• Using technologies like Selenium, Playwright, Cucumber, Robot Framework, Serenity BDD, and Rest Assured.
• Contributing to the QA team by introducing new ideas and improving test frameworks and processes.
• Performing non-functional testing such as security, performance, accessibility, and operational acceptance testing.
