You will define the overall testing strategy, provide technical leadership, and oversee testing activities across multiple delivery teams to ensure high-quality data transformation products.

The role requires experience in agile environments, strong collaboration across engineers, and mentoring of peers, with a focus on building automation test solutions

Responsibilities

• Define the overall testing strategy across teams.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to test engineering teams.
• Oversee testing activities and ensure best practices are in place.
• Drive improvements by sharing knowledge and resources across teams.
• Lead the adoption of Continuous Integration/Delivery pipelines to run a full range of tests against products.
• Ensure security, latency, scalability, stability and capacity are embedded in service development.
• Mentor and coach peers and Test Engineers.
