A leading provider of digital transformation services, specializing in document processing and data capture for regulated industries, is looking for a Senior Test Analyst to join a government project.

This role focuses on manual and integration testing and requires on-site presence in Birmingham for releases.

• Location: Hybrid working, onsite 3 days a week in Birmingham

Responsibilities:

• Conduct manual execution for process testing, focusing on OCR data validation
• Identify errors, classify defect types, and ensure accurate data capture
• Perform end-to-end and integration testing in both Agile and Waterfall environments
• Handle two separate workstreams efficiently
• Utilize Jira & Confluence for tracking and documentation
• Use SQL & MongoDB to assist with bug reporting and QA validation

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in manual, integration, and end-to-end testing
• Keen attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive but critical tasks
• Familiarity with OCR technology and data validation processes
• Ability to work on-site in Birmingham for releases
