We need a Senior Tenders Manager to join our team at Cygnet – this is a new position created by our Executive Management Board reflecting its operational importance.
Cygnet was established in 1988. Since then, we have developed a wide range of health and social care services for young people and adults with mental health needs, acquired brain injuries, eating disorders, autism, and learning disabilities within the UK.
You will be joining our team on a full-time, 40 hours per week basis at our site in Westminster. We also welcome applications from candidates who may request to work on a hybrid basis or at our Sevenoaks, Kent office.

The Role:
To work as a senior member of the Tenders Team, supporting the Tenders Director to research, interview subject-matter experts, gather evidence, and develop high-quality, compelling, bid-winning responses that exceed customer expectations in Health and Social Care. This role is crucial in ensuring Cygnet remains a leading provider of mental health, LD, autism, and other services to the NHS and Local Authorities by securing new and retaining existing contracts, participating in frameworks, and supporting direct approaches from commissioners. The role involves liaising with professionals across the organisation to gather evidence and managing multiple tenders simultaneously to ensure timely submissions. It will also deputise for the Tenders Director as required, support opportunity identification, and contribute to the development of the Tenders Strategy and planning.
