You will collaborate with engineering, costing, and sales teams to optimise technical and commercial solutions, lead pricing strategy for UK tenders, and safeguard Sulzer’s interests through effective negotiations.

Qualifications

• Experience in the pump industry or a closely related engineering field.
• Proven ability to manage both high-volume quoting and complex, high-value tenders.
• Strong technical and commercial acumen with a deep understanding of pricing strategies, contract terms, and margin protection.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to act independently, manage multiple priorities, and make sound decisions under pressure.

• Prepare and deliver a high volume of quick-turnaround quotes as well as detailed, multi-disciplinary bids for complex projects.
