Job summary

You will support the Tender Manager and Head of Procurement to meet financial targets, oversee contract performance, and promote procurement excellence across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in public sector procurement and framework agreements.
• Ability to manage complex, high-value tenders and contracts.
• Strong negotiation skills with suppliers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliant tendering processes for contracts.
• Develop tender documentation and evaluate bids.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate pricing.
• Approve contracts and orders within delegated authority.
• Oversee portfolio of contracts ensuring value for money and on-time delivery.
• Validate invoices and record contracts in the system.
• Publish transparency notices on required platforms.
