The Role:

We are seeking an ambitious and creative Senior Tender Architect to join our team in London. This is a key role for us as we further expand our international and local business development, and will be responsible for driving & supporting all areas of bid & tender preparation for major projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Tender Manager to support the development of comprehensive tender proposals, including architectural designs, project plans, timelines, and cost breakdowns.
• Conduct research to understand project scope, objectives, and constraints.
• Assist in gathering project information, including requirements, specifications, and contract terms.
• Support the evaluation of challenges such as regulatory compliance, site constraints, and project complexities.
• Coordinate with the project team to incorporate their input into the proposal.
• Assist in creating visual presentations or renderings to enhance the quality of the tender submission.
• Ensure that tender submissions meet deadlines and comply with tendering guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of tender activities, communication, and documentation.

Who we're seeking:

• Degree in architecture or related field.
• 8+ years as an architect with 2+ years of experience in tendering
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
• Time management skills and the ability to work under deadlines.
• Keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
