Job summary

Sizewell C is seeking a highly experienced Temporary Works Scaffold Expert to provide technical leadership, governance, and assurance across all scaffolding activities. You will report to the Temporary Works Lead and drive safe, compliant scaffold design, construction and inspection across the project.

You will influence stakeholders at all levels and shape the approach to temporary works, procurement strategies, and design delivery while promoting Health & Safety by Design principles on a

Qualifications

• Extensive scaffolding experience on complex civil projects.
• Knowledge of BS5975 and TWC processes.
• Strong stakeholder influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership on scaffold management.
• Support TWC responsibilities per BS5975.
• Establish and lead Temporary Works Supervisors.
• Oversee scaffold design review and approvals.
• Develop Sizewell C Scaffold Standard and checks.
