Job summary

Marshall Davies Ltd. is seeking a Tekla Technician to join a growing team in London. You will model, detail and coordinate structural steelwork and RC structures using Tekla Structures as the primary tool, with AutoCAD support.

Qualifications

• Extensive Tekla Structures detailing experience.
• Strong knowledge of steel and RC construction.
• Ability to work autonomously and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Producing accurate Tekla Structures models and detailed drawings for structural steelwork and RC projects.
• Developing coordinated, buildable models from sketches and design information.
• Collaborating with engineers to resolve detailing challenges and improve constructability.
• Taking ownership of assigned projects, ensuring delivery to programme, quality and budget.
• Mentoring and supporting CAD Technicians, sharing best practice.
• Applying experience to identify practical and buildable detailing solutions throughout the design process.
