Job summary

Cornerstone Project Source in London is seeking a permanent Trainee Tekla Detailer / Draughtsman to produce accurate 3D steel models and fabrication drawings while training with experienced detailers.

Start Date: ASAP. Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 per annum (DOE) + monthly performance bonus. Contract: Permanent. You will learn Tekla Structures and assist with project coordination, communicating with clients, engineers and architects.

Qualifications

• Degree or HND/HNC in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction or similar (preferred).
• Recent graduates welcome.
• Experience with Tekla Structures or other CAD software advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Learn to create detailed 3D steel models using Tekla Structures.
• Produce fabrication drawings in line with company standards.
• Assist with project coordination alongside senior detailers.
• Communicate with clients, engineers and architects.
• Liaise with suppliers when required.
• Support multiple projects and deadlines.
