Job summary

Sii Poland is hiring a Control Manager to support technology risk and control initiatives within its Sheffield office. This hybrid role entails governance, risk management, process design, and overseeing compliance as well as reporting. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of relevant experience, strong understanding of risk frameworks, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

As a member of the organization, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational controls and promote risk management practices.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Technology Risk & Control Management, Governance, or Operational Risk.
• Strong understanding of Risk & Control Frameworks and compliance processes.
• Hands-on experience in problem-solving and driving continuous improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and continuous improvement of risk and control management processes.
• Measure and monitor risk and control management processes to ensure objectives are achieved.
• Identify and escalate exceptions in risk and control processes.
