Job summary

Citi London is seeking a Senior Research Associate to contribute to financial modeling, earnings previews and deep-dive notes within a global research team. The role involves coordinating investor meetings, fielding client inquiries and maintaining value-driven company models.

The candidate should have solid research experience with strong accounting and modelling knowledge, excellent writing and communication skills, and a clear commitment to professional integrity and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have relevant work experience in research or finance.
• CFA/ACA/MBA is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modelling.
• Excellent interpersonal and writing skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Secure and maintain applicable licenses as required.

Responsibilities

• Modeling: Maintaining & updating existing company models; creating new models; maintaining relative value sheets.
• Research: Assist with the publication of earnings previews/recaps, initiation reports, deep dive notes and other group products.
• Communication: Assist with client inquiries and requests.
• Events: Assist with coordination of investor meetings and conference calls with consultants.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules and Citi's policies, escalating and reporting control issues where appropriate.
