  • Data Infrastructure & Research Platform Development - Design, maintain, and evolve the quantitative equity research platform through the integration of agentic AI capabilities, advanced analytics, and scalable research infrastructure across market, fundamental, and alternative datasets. Develop automated workflows and intelligent research tools that enhance the end-to-end research process, from idea generation and signal discovery through to analysis, visualization, and publication.
  • Client Analytics & Custom Research - Conduct bespoke quantitative analyses to support both internal and external stakeholders. Support client interactions by providing data-driven insights on factor performance, sector positioning, market expectations, earnings trends, and portfolio exposures.

Qualifications

  • Education - Undergraduate degree with significant quantitative research experience or MSc/MEng / PHD in Quantitative Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • Technical Skills - Highly proficient in programming (R/Python/Java) and the use of modern quantitative financial libraries and toolkits. Strong SQL skills are preferred. Familiarity with source control tooling (Git) and software engineering best practices is highly desirable.
  • Quantitative & Market Knowledge - Strong understanding of equity market structure and investment processes, with expertise in cross-sectional and time-series modelling, factor research, and the application of statistical and machine learning techniques to investment research and alpha generation.
