Qualifications

• Proven experience leading delivery of multiple concurrent technology initiatives with end-to-end accountability.
• Strong people leadership capability, building and developing diverse teams with clear expectations.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders to shape priorities and deliver outcomes in complex environments.
• Broad technology knowledge with hands-on involvement in design and delivery.
• Experience managing delivery governance, risk, budgets, and resourcing.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the BBC Children in Need Technology Roadmap, translating priorities into a sequenced portfolio.
• Provide inclusive leadership to a multidisciplinary delivery team and ensure delivery culture.
• Lead end-to-end delivery governance across the portfolio and ensure risk management and control.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to shape priorities and align technology delivery with fundraising and operational goals.
• Plan and manage delivery resourcing including suppliers and value for money decisions.
• Own delivery budgets and business cases, track costs and benefits, ensure value realization post go-live.
• Identify and resolve delivery risks and provide portfolio reporting on progress and outcomes.
