As a Senior Technology Delivery Manager, you will be accountable for team performance and the delivery of complex technology products and services across one or more teams. You will set your teams up for success, represent them to stakeholders and suppliers, and build successful relationships within and outside the organisation. Your role involves identifying and removing blockers and inefficiencies, leveraging data to improve workflows and outcomes.
As a senior member of the Home Office Technology Delivery community, you will share knowledge and experience with colleagues across the department and wider Government, fostering skills development and applying best practices and standards.

This position is available on a full-time or flexible basis, with some roles potentially combining office and home-based work. You will oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple biometric projects, ensuring alignment across cross-cutting programmes and departments. Working closely with senior stakeholders, operational leads, and technical teams, you will drive delivery excellence, manage risks, and ensure seamless integration of biometric solutions into existing systems or facilitate the development of new systems as needed. You will also work to ensure a comprehensive understanding of biometric data flow across systems, engaging with other portfolios as necessary.
