As the Senior Technology Application Manager in our Secondary Team, you will:

  1. Ensure high quality application configurations are delivered in line with product/business goals and delivery cycles using agile methods.

  2. Lead application specialists to work collaboratively as part of a multi-functional squad / unit, focused on delivering business outcomes.

  3. Run, maintain and improve specific applications to the benefit of Nuffield Health users.

  4. Be responsible for provision of support and service for specific applications, managing customer service related to issues and problems.

  5. Be responsible for a team of Application Management professionals, coaching and mentoring them to collaboratively develop standards, innovate and build capability.

  6. Develop capability by facilitating internal mobility, shaping career paths, recruiting talent, and making sure people collaborate.

  7. Identify, test and champion the adoption of emerging technologies in the application management space.
