Job summary

Softcat is seeking a senior technology leader to own the Workspace proposition. You will drive modernisation and delivery of workspace technology to help customers reduce TCO and accelerate business transformation.

You will collaborate with the Workspace TTC and Softcat leadership to shape strategy, ensure lasting impact, and drive change readiness while delivering measurable outcomes for customers and the business.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge across workspace technology and service disciplines.
• Proven experience as technology leader and collaborator.
• Comfortable presenting to business and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Act as ambassador for Softcat's values.
• Provide technology market insights and guidance for Workspace TTC and leadership.
• Identifying customer problems and opportunities that will gain mainstream technology and services adoption.
• Selecting the products and services that address those problems.
• Planning the successful customer engagement journey through Softcat.
• Creating simple stories that bring this to life for our sellers and customers.
