A leading automotive manufacturer in Coventry is seeking a Senior Metrology Technician to work in a quality-focused team within a state-of-the-art Metrology Laboratory. The role involves measuring automotive components, producing reports, and providing technical support. Ideal candidates will have strong skills in measuring equipment, experience in programming CMMs, and the ability to read engineering drawings. This is a great opportunity to work in a quality-focused team, within a state-of-the-art Metrology Laboratory & Remote measurement team based at Whitley. The role of Senior Metrology Technician sits within the Powertrain Metrology team which is part of Engineering Operations - Powertrain Build & Test (EO-10). The Metrology Team's function is to support Product Engineering in their objective of creating world class quality vehicles, this is done by providing a world class Metrology service.
